What exactly do I receive when I order? 📦
You'll receive a made-to-order digital portrait created by Suzy from the photos you provide. Your finished portrait is delivered as a high-resolution digital file sent directly to your email. No physical items are shipped.
What subjects can be included? 🐾
You can commission a portrait of one to four pets, or one person with up to four pets. Each subject is created from the reference photos you send after ordering.
How do I send my photos? 📸
After placing your order, you'll receive instructions on how to send your reference photos to Suzy. Please use clear, well-lit photos of each pet or person — the better the photo, the more detailed and lifelike your portrait will be.
How will I receive my portrait? 📧
Your finished portrait will be delivered by email only as a high-resolution digital file. Please make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout and check your spam/junk folder if you don't see anything.
Do you ship worldwide? 🌍
Yes! Because your portrait is delivered digitally by email, there are no shipping costs and no geographical restrictions. Suzy Art delivers worldwide.
Can I print the portrait at home? 🖼️
Absolutely! The file is high resolution and designed to look stunning whether you print it at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. We recommend printing on matte or fine art paper for the most beautiful result.
What sizes can I print? 📏
The file is high enough resolution to print beautifully at a wide range of sizes. The exact maximum size will depend on the specific portrait, but all files are created with quality printing in mind.
Can I share the portrait on social media? 📱
Yes! We'd love to see your posts — please tag us so we can admire your portrait! 🌸 Please note that all artwork remains the intellectual property of Suzy and may not be resold or redistributed.
Can I use the portrait commercially? ✨
All portraits are licensed for personal use only. If you're interested in commercial licensing, please get in touch via the Contact page and we can chat!
Do you offer refunds? 💜
Because these are made-to-order digital files, we're unable to offer refunds once the portrait has been delivered. However, if there's ever an issue with your order — wrong files, corrupted download, anything at all — please reach out and we'll make it right. Your happiness matters to us.
I haven't received my portrait yet. What should I do? 🔍
First, check your spam or junk folder — sometimes emails end up there! If you still haven't received anything, please contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out straight away.
Can I request a custom commission? 🎨
All Suzy Art portraits are custom commissions — every order is made to order from your photos. If you have a specific request or question, please reach out via the Contact page and Suzy will be happy to help.
