If you request any revisions after seeing the preview, these are usually completed within 1 to 2 working days.

What Affects the Turnaround Time?

A few factors can affect how long your portrait takes:

• Complexity — a portrait featuring multiple subjects takes longer than a single-pet portrait.
• Current demand — during busy periods (particularly around Christmas, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day), turnaround times may be slightly longer. We'll always let you know if this is the case.
